Cancellation / No-Show Policy

Any changes to an existing appointment need to be made at least 24-hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the following charges to the card on file. Less than 24-hours but more than 2-hour notice will result in a 50% charge for the scheduled service. Less than a 2-hour notice or No-Show will result in 100% charge for the scheduled service. Thank you for understanding our time is valuable as we know yours is too. Giving us adequate notice to change your appointment gives us the opportunity to fill your time slot.

Late Arrivals

Appointments will end at their scheduled time so the next guest will not be delayed. Late arrivals will be charged 100% of their scheduled service(s).
