A customized combination of long strokes and deep pressure are used to reduce tension, soothe sore muscles, improve circulation and increase range of motion. Adding hot stones to your session involves water-heated Basalt stones gently applied as an extension of the therapist's hands. Moist heat from the stones allows your massage therapist to manipulate muscles to a greater intensity without the pressure associated with deep tissue massage.
